RPythonic comes with CTypes bindings for opencv, I wonder if these could be used
instead of the Swig ones we have now?

I'm still procrastinating about clipping so can't really look at this, (+
haven't done any opencv), but might be worth looking at for somebody that does
know about opencv ;)
